Banner Plant Limited is a regional supplier of construction accommodation, tools and equipment turning over in excess of £11 Million a year; with one major office, in Dronfield and Depots in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and Derby. The IT infrastructure includes 6 servers and 60 workstations in the main office and depots.

Genica has embedded a member of our technical staff in the Dronfield office to provide an onsite help desk, Banner’s staff now have a friendly knowledgeable person to deal with , this is seen as a great improvement over their previous offsite IT arrangements.

Genica has made significant progress in improving the core database services and depot communications links as well as improving the HP servers that run Banner Plant’s trading software. Genica is also providing systems administration and report writing services for Banner’s Accounting and Plant Hire systems as well as day to day IT support across the business.

Banner has regained confidence in the IT systems and is pleased with the IT Management services provided by Genica, all  our suggested improvements are made together with a business case at regular monthly meetings.
