ReActivePlus
| GSL ReActive Plus is for our Clients who have a slightly larger network
of PC’s and Laptops. Maybe you have a server as well with more complex
issues of business continuity, hardware reliability and security. GSL ReActivePlus is an intermediate service between calling us when something falls over and the full IT department service we offer to our larger clients. With ReActivePlus you maintain contact with GSL for a small monthly fee per IT Asset. | ![]() |
The ReActivePlus service is charged at a lower hourly rate than for our ReActive service.and includes a set number of calls per month between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
Unused monthly calls carried over.
Client office visits are undertaken at our standard rates, with a single incident being resolved free of charge.
An initial Infrastructure assessment, documenting of existing infrastructure and recommendations report undertaken.
Support for hardware breakdowns and repairs is available if required.
Annual IT assessment and recommendations report.
